We started prepping the gallery after moving a ton of art. The guys checked out OBON festival. It was very weird for them. Obon is a popular festival in Japan.

Survival Drive Part 1
Rei, Hooky and Shinpei arrived this week from Tokyo. They started preparing for next Thursdays "Survival Drive" opening at Compound. It was hot as hell, but the work had to get done.

Shohei - Tenga - Imaone wall art
Finally hung the large panel that Shohei, Tenga and Imaone painted for their show at Compound in March. If your in Old Town, stop by and check it out in person. The sister piece is still up at the Belmont garage. All the way from Tokyo to Portland!
